Shipping & Processing

We currently only to ship to Canada, we do not ship internationally. We ship through Canada Post. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed and 1-7 days for orders to be delivered.

Out of Stock Items

We’ll notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock. Any out-of-stock items will ship separately once they become available, typically within 10 business days. There are no additional shipping charges. If you have questions, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Products

We will replace any item damaged during shipment once the item has been returned to us. Damaged items must be returned to us in the original package with original packing materials. Any complaint regarding your delivered order (missing product, incorrect product, damage etc.) must be made within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.

Return Policy

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on products and/or gift certificates. Please note that while we do stand behind the quality of our products we cannot guarantee specific results. Results can vary as products can have different results from one person to another.

Allergic Reaction

If you experience an allergic reaction to any product this must be reported within 48 hours of use. We will provide an exchange for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. *A doctor’s note and or photos may be required. Information listed about the products on this website is based on information provided from the individual product manufacturer.
